Customer service was pleasant. However, they'll lowball the heck out of you, then after inspection, try to find every excuse to knock off thousands more. If you want top dollar, and want to walk away not feeling like you got robbed, I'd stay far away. Better off selling on your own. Even the guys at the inspection site couldn't believe what they offered me, what a joke. I won't be a repeat customer, and I don't recommend. Their greed costed them a good client with a wealthy circle of exotic car enthusiasts.

However to touch base on your statement, you bring up a valid point on why our offers can possibly change, obviously we have never seen the car prior to bidding, so if the car is not "as described" then yes or offer can change, however you have zero obligation to take that offer. There are many reasons offers can change, some sellers already know about, and some they do not, but they can range from bad oil leaks, bad engines, bad interiors, massive paint corrosion or body damage, etc and we use our final inspection to protect ourselves thru that process which we feel is reasonable as a buyer.
